Being a Christian means believing in God, learning about the teachings of Jesus Christ, and making a conscious decision to follow Him.
When we first hear the call to repentance, even if deep down we feel the need for it, our minds still ask: “What exactly do I need to repent of? I have not sinned so greatly!”
Repentance is not merely about correcting sinful behavior; rather, it is an invitation to God to enter our lives. So that, from the very first prayer, God may take everything that happens in our lives under His guidance and control. God promises not only salvation for the soul, but also the fullness of life — abundant blessings in all that we have and do.
